La Marinière - appartement avec terrasse et plage à 200 m

Ideally located close to the beach, you will be seduced by this apartment of 70 m² in garden level. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with terrace, a bathroom. A large bay window gives access to the loggia from where you can see the sea.

Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Le contact avec la conciergerie qui s'occupe du bien. 🙁 Pour un court séjour, afin de proposer un prix attractif, le linge de maison est une option payante 18 euros pour les draps et 8 euros par personnes pour les serviettes. Cette option n'est pas visible sur le site mais dans le mail reçu après avoir réservé. L'appartement 202 est en rez de jardin avec un terrasse en contrebas sans vue. Le mobilier de terrasse n'est pas de première jeunesse. L'ascenseur nécessite 2 codes d'accès ce qui rend pénible l'utilisation."

La terrasse pour manger dehors, avec accès par les chambres et en contre bas de l'entrée principale de la résidence, ne donne vraiment pas envie d'être utilisée. Bref, on n'a pas été emballé..."
