"Worst experience ever had. Rude unhelpful man showed us the family apartment at the back of the building looking at the carpark when I had booked and paid for standard studio with pool and sea view. He shrugged, just kept saying it was impossible to have the room Id booked. He said we should find another hotel if we didnt like it. It was 7pm. I insisted on an email guarenteeing a refund which he took ages over. I have just been promised through Hotels.com but this could have ruined our whole...

"This was the most beautiful property! The photos looked good, but they don’t do it justice. Exquisite. Breakfast was included, but I also ordered an evening meal from their kitchen, and it was the best Sicilian food I’ve had in my 4 days of travel. I can’t praise this place enough. It was a paradise."

"Three of us, all friends, stayed 5 nights at Villa Luce. The villa is beautiful, with plenty of room for us to have private space as well as communal areas for spending time together. The pool is amazing, but we spent even more time in the sea. The path to the sea is easily navigable, but rocky, so just take your time and be careful. It's worth it...the sea was refreshing, with beautiful fish in abundance. Michele is a fabulous host! He met us when we arrived, introduced us to the local cats,...

"We (two families, 4 adults and five children between 9 and 14) spent nearly two weeks at Villa Plemmyria. The Villa is located about 15 minutes south from Siracusa, in a private street, 30 seconds to the sea. The house has two separated living-/sleeping areas, perfect for two families. The separate accommodation units are equipped with all amenities. The garden is very large and well maintained. The centrepiece and main attraction for us was the outdoor kitchen. "Great property in a very quiet secluded neighborhood that overlooks the ocean. The house was very spacious and well equipped, and had a gated driveway to store at least two vehicles. Each of the two bedrooms had individual A/C units, but the rest of the home (in August) was very hot. The sofa bed was in the living area without A/C, so would be very hot during the summer. Location was very quiet and peaceful, and a 20 minute drive from Siracusa or only a few minutes from a nearby beach...
