Designed by an architect, the house fits perfectly into the picturesque landscape of the Emerald Coast. In the inviting rooms with tasteful furnishings in appealing colors, you can leave everyday life behind and really enjoy yourself with family or friends. Relax in a stylish setting and make yourself comfortable on the sprawling sofa with a fantastic view of the garden. In the evening, the fireplace stove provides cozy warmth and creates a cozy atmosphere.

Everything on the property is designed for you to spend many pleasurable hours outdoors. Enjoy the sun to your heart's content, let your children play frolicsomely in the shade of the oaks, later you can relax with the whole family on the terrace and end a wonderful day with food from the grill under the open sky.

Many marked hiking trails start right at the house. Here you have the opportunity for wonderful excursions on foot and by bike. For example, visit the valleys of Rance and Arguenon. You are also close to the medieval sites of Dinan and St. Malo. You are also close to beaches and wild bays.

Hidden gem
Very modern, clean and central. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of space with an absolutely fabulous outlook. We traveled around with Donna being our favourite town to walk and to eat. Free parking if you park your car down at the port of Dinan. We all three of us said we would stay again. Anyone travelling from England to stay there should take a cool bag with essentials eg tea coffee, butter etc as we found certain foods to be quite expensive. However not the wine.
