This house was curated to provide the best of everything you need to relax including a hot tub on the back patio. On a 1-acre lot with privacy. 2 separated work stations. This is a renovated house featuring three beds and two full baths. The house sits back off a quiet road providing a tranquil experience. Guests are welcomed to an entrance featuring a sit down area and hanging area for clothes, groceries, umbrellas etc. Guests will be provided a code to the Schlage smart lock which does not require keys.
The living room features a large vaulted ceiling with fan, gas fireplace, large screen TV and best of all, a foosball table that has backlights to play in the dark. The sofa also offers a queen fold-out bed. All rooms, except for the kitchen, have hardwoods.
Off the living room is the updated kitchen with granite countertops and a huge island to help prep food and/or eat (features two stools). Kitchen features a dishwasher, range, oven, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffee pot, crockpot and everything else you will need to make your meals. The dining tables includes four chairs and a bench to seat 6. The sliding glass door provides easy access between the kitchen and large back yard, including a deck with grill and Adirondack chairs.
The first bedroom features a bunkbed, large work station, play tent, children's books, toys and coloring books & crayons. There is also a 44" 4k smart TV on the wall.
The next bedroom offers a queen bed, 44" 4K smart TV, shelf, and 2 floating nightstands.
The large main bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with a king bed, a bench, desk, chest of drawers and 44" 4K smart TV. There is a very large walk-in closet that stores a pack’n’play and other items. A private bathroom features dual vanity sinks and a newly-remodeled walk-in shower.
The second bathroom was recently renovated and is near all three bedrooms. It features a tub/shower combination.
All the beds have new memory foam mattresses. Blackout curtains are available in the main bedroom and queen bedroom.
The backyard includes a kids play area with swing sets (the play house is off limits until it has been safely repaired). Resting and socializing may take place on the hammock and the six Adirondack chairs that surround a firepit. The back deck has a propane grill and also features night lighting for a relaxing evening under the stars. More outdoor entertainment includes horseshoes and cornhole. There is lots of space for kids to roam.
There is plenty of room for parking. Come enjoy the outdoors and relax while staying only 15 minutes to downtown Greensboro or Coliseum.
*Hot tub policy*
The cover is locked and key is provided indoors. Guests using the hot tub accept the risk associated with using a hot tub; especially the additional responsibility to watch children. Tub hot is not to exceed 6 persons at any time.
*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, do not instant book. Please contact the owner first. We only allow 1 smaller non-shedding dog.
*Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We kindly ask to keep music or gatherings on the back deck to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby.
*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. No smoking is allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted outside; however, all ash and butts must be cleaned and disposed of properly. No smoking in the hot tub.
The entire house and property. There are two storage sheds in the back that are not accessible along with the kids play house.
We are available if needed and may send you periodic messages to make sure everything is going well with your stay.
Very quiet neighborhood with open field behind the house and lots of trees. Property is on a 1-acre lot. Guests love the secluded feel. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Despite its country charm, it’s close to the highway.
There is a driveway leading up to the house. Guests can park along side of house. There is parking for at least four vehicles.
This house has been designed to allow for guests to enjoy time away from home and relax. The backyard is a great place to relax in the hammock or play games in the back yard. The house has everything you need to wind down and spend time with friends and family. The location is ideal. If you are coming to town to work near the new Toyota plant, this is even better. There are local grocery stores, shops and restaurants nearby. This is a very quiet area. This is also only 0.5 miles distance to Pleasant Garden town hall park with soccer fields, disc golf course, dog park, and playgrounds.
No smoking permitted inside. Outside smoking is permitted but all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.
No loud music outside. Please respect the quietness of the area while the area is secluded there are some neighbors that could hear loud music or loud talking.
Quiet time between 10pm and 7am is strictly enforced.
1 small non-shedding & house trained pet is allowed. However, pet must be approved before booking. A $300 pet penalty will be enforced if evidence of pets is found without disclosing a pet.
