"This place is so clean and tidy, almost brand new and very modern and comfortable with super air conditioning. Had enough storage space for hanging clothes and a mini fridge in the room and a very competent and spacious en suite and a small desk with a chair. The balcony was lovely but I didn’t really open the curtains much because windows look almost directly into the room. "Was a little difficult to find because there was no sign or reception. It was like a B&B so I had to call them when I was outside so someone came and open and gave me the keys. Rooms are simple. Comfy bed but walls are superthin so you hear everyone talking or watching tv. Also from street outside you hear everything. But was ok for a couple nights. Good location near catedral and just across the street from the big central mercat. "

"They didn’t mention that the owners of the property will stay with you in the same house. Even it is a fancy duplex villa, but you will not feel free to stay with others in the same place. Maybe it will be suitable for a single person. But I think it is not for couples. The area is so calm as it is far away from the city noise. "

"Hotel was recommended by a friend that resides in Valencia. The hotel is located just a few steps from Plaza de la Reina and many dining options. The Plaza and the Cathedral are must see, we sat at the Plaza just to take it all in. From the moment we walked in, we knew our stay would be wonderful. "My stay at this hotel had its pros and cons. The Good: • The location is great! It’s just a 15–20 minute walk to the city center and several iconic landmarks, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The Bad: • The room and bathroom felt outdated, which detracted from the overall experience. • The TV only offered local channels and wasn’t a Smart TV, which was disappointing for anyone looking to relax with streaming options after a long day. Overall, while the location is a major plus, the outdated amenities left me feeling like the hotel could use some modernization to improve the guest experience."

Lovely, stylish hotel

"The hotel is in an ideal location. Very close to the city centre - with easy access to Turia Gardens -, but on a quiet street with no external noise. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was always someone on hand at reception to answer any queries and help. Breakfast, whilst a little expensive, was nice when we had it on the last day (it would be worth booking this in advance if you're unsure). The building is very stylish and chic, and the rooms - whilst on the smaller side - are clean, comfortable and cosy, with good, quiet air con. You can hear some noise from the corridor, but if you have considerate people also staying in the hotel, it won't be a problem. Light sleepers should ask for a room as far away from the breakfast room as possible, as staff start setting up for this quite early."
