"The location is good. Nice ocean view. The staff is friendly. The food is not great. Room cleanliness was not great either. The water pressure was very weak. Also there’s a pretty strong sewer smell. The we were there 2 nights and the electricity was out 3 times for an hr or 2. "

"The phone number does not work or they never answered, when I got there the gate was closed, I called the phone number several times and no one answered, a neighbor girl was kind enough to call Don Mario who is the manager or owner, but he was more interested in listening to his music then to open the gate for us, we were there waiting in the rain for about 1/2hour, Trying to get his attention. Until we had no other option but to return to San Juan Del Sur and rent another hotel room at the last...

"We were a big group of 8 people. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The listing was very accurate and communicating with everyone was very easy. The location was excellent as we were literally on the beach. Waking up in the morning to the Ocean view and hearing the waves at night, were AWESOME. I highly recommend this home. "

"The accommodations were beautiful, the layout was so great , we were 9 adults , the place was huge , everyone had there own bed. The sunsets were amazing incredible, even better than the pictures. And Claudia and Elsi were very accommodating, and so so helpful. Hope to be back someday !"
