"Place was great , unfortunately it has bad advertising. The place is missing a lot of items and cleaning needs to be improved like the sheeting seamed they weren’t washed, no kitchen towels, no garbage bags . We ended up replacing the propane tank from the kitchen to the dryer. Maintenance guy said we needed to buy propane ourselves or buy propane from him."

"My Family and I had a great time. We stayed here for 7 days. The property is very close to the Airport and El Puerto de La Libertad, Surf City.. I would also highly suggest that if you are staying here to use the Service of their Cook (Sra. Xiomara). She cooked for us every Salvadorean Plate and more. Every meal that she prepared for us was very delicious. Javier their house Mgr was also very helpful and always available with anything you may need. My Family and I would definitely stay here...

"Not bad of stayed, what frustrated me was the part when I was given the option top of the house or bottom which is the main reason I booked the place. 2nd floor view to the beach but due to needing more beds chose the bottom part of the house which is needing upgrades. Bathroom #3 has a smell and water clogs up bad. Ask questions before booking. I didn't."

"The location was great. When I arrived I felt that the rooms were kinda small and they need to change the mattress on all beds. They are like a rock. I’m sure they are able to afford to replace with comfortable mattresses. The place needs a some remodeling, but over all it’s in a quiet location. All you hear is ocean waves . "We booked this last minute for our group of 15. We all stayed comfortably! I would highly recommend the cook to prepare your meals!! Also Marcelo was very nice made sure everything was well."
