"The pool looks very dirty"

"Loved our stay here. We actually extended the stay we liked it so much. Clean, safe and excellent location. Industrial fans kept us very comfortable to sleep. The water pressure from the shower was amazing and strong. The location to Playa Remanso Beach is a 1 minute walk. To San Juan Del Sur it is barely a 10 minute ride on motorcycle. Playa Hermosa is not even a 10 minute ride on motorcycle. The staff and owner are very kind. We will definitely stay here again."

"Had a great stay. Staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant had decent option. The place is far from town but they have shuttles running, and you’re right next to Maderas Beach. "

"We just stayed 10 nights in this hotel and it was great. The staff was very friendly and accomodating regardless of the language barrier. It was quiet..well kept..and i felt no issues with security at all. the pool was basically always clean given thatvthe wind is always blowing and leaves do blow in regularly. I did take the time to clean out leaves as needed but that just kept me busy..lol. I would on one hand make a couole small recommendations however. Perhaps the owners should consider installing fridges in the rooms and a coffe maker. I like to be up early in he mornings to watch the sun come up and listen to the birds so a coffe maker would be great instead of having to wait until 7:30 am. The breakfast was good and just enough to get the day started. people will always find a reason to complain about something but i would return again. The recommendations i stated are not complaints but i believe those 2 items would really be beneficial to the hotel. Regards, Dean from Canada."

"Amazing place with amazing food "

"My husband and I stayed at Playa coco beach view townhouse. We stayed two nights. The house and the view were excellent. You can sit on the patio and hear the waves crashing. The beach is very private and safe. The property has security that are 24/7 guarding the premises. There is not much in the area. There is only one restaurant and a few pulperias(mini convenience stores. The drive to San Juan del Sur is about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend an SUV. The roads leading to the property are very very rocky due to construction . I don’t advise driving at night as there are no street lights. The beach is swimmable small waves. There is a small pool on the premises. There is a familyOf monkeys that hang out around the big trees in the property and when the sun goes down you can hear them hauling. Very cool experience. The host David very responsive to all my questions and concerns. He referred to us Veronica she is someone he uses that cooks for him.and we hired her to makes us a meal. You provide the ingredients and you tell her what you want and she makes a delicious meals. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. "
