NO están reservando directo al hotel, intermediari
No recomiendo reservar este hotel, ya que no estas reservando directamente. Al llegar al hotel no tenían mi reserva y no porque Hoteles.com no paso mis datos, sino porque la persona encargada de este condominio es un intermediario. Cuando llame a Hoteles.com amablemente me ayudaron a contactar al hotel, sin embargo les contesto una persona diciendo que mi reservacion si estaba disponible y que el estaba allí(mentira), que posiblemente estaba en un hotel diferente. Hoteles.com me dio un teléfono para ponerme en contacto con el hotel, al llamar no me contesto hasta la quinta llamada, nuevamente me confirma que si tiene mi reservacion y que el esta allí, yo estaba frente a la recepción y ellos desconocían con quien llamaba, me pidió que le pasara a la recepcionista. Después de identificarse y mientras llegaban a un acuerdo, me entregaron la habitación; lo cual agradezco la respuesta por parte del hotel y hoteles.com. Sugiero reservar directamente en hoteles.com, pero con el nombre de KLR The city condos y evitar un mal momento.
