Always Perfect
This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it was just as awesome as the first time. So perfectly located as walking distance(10 min) to a beach, and grocery store only one block away. Lovely, quiet and comfortable.

Perfect Paradise
Wonderful apartment , great location, not too far and not to close to all the business of 5th ave. The California king bed was extremely comfortable, better than the beds in any of the 5 star resorts I have stayed in. The roof top pool has some shade and was the perfect spot to relax after a long day out and about. I will definately stay here again.

We really enjoyed the roof top pool. The location is close to everything. The apartment is just above the street next to a busy intersection and was very loud. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you are okay with traffic noise.

We enjoyed the comfortable condo that was suitable for our stay. The rooftop pool was great especially after a day at the beach. It was centrally located to restaurants, stores, and 5th street activities within 5-10 minute walk.

Awesome place, close to all accomodations and to the beach
This place is awesome. Marguerite, the host is very kind and very easy to reach, even during the stay. The local manager Adriana is very helpful and also very easy to reach via WhatsApp. She was waiting for us on our first arrival, took the time to make the tour of the condo with us and gave us hints and advice on the closest accommodations. The information she gave us was very helpful. There's absolutely everything close by from restaurants (and I mean all kinds of restaurants, from chicken to pizza to Mexican food...), grocery stores, and even the Walmart is within walking distance from the Condo. The Mamita's beach is a 10-minute walk from the condo. We went to the beach by Calle 38 Street, It's a very safe and beautiful street with a plethora of wonderful restaurants and there's also an Oxxo convenience store at the end of the street, a few steps from the beach, very practical for grabbing snacks or refreshments during the day at the beach... There's good air circulation and 2 powerful ACs in the condo to keep you cool. There's also a gorgeous patio with umbrellas, a large double-depth pool a shower and 2 restrooms on the roof but unfortunately, the pool was closed for repairs during our stay so we haven't been able to enjoy it. However, despite this, we enjoyed our stay very much and will book again soon.

Absolutely Amazing Condo
The location of the condo is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and walking distance to 5th Ave. I love love love the grocery store a block or so away from the condo. Very high end products there. The condo is gorgeous and new. Stocked with everything you could possibly need including chairs for the beach. The roof top pool is beautiful. I would rent this place again and will recommend it to friends and family. I’m very impressed :)

Great stay at a great place!
We had a bit of a mix-up with a listing issue and the manager and owner were quick to make things right. The building and this specific condo are great - easy access to 5th Ave, great local restaurants, the grocery store, etc. The owner supplies not just the necessities, but great extras too - a small cart for walking to/from the grocery, beach chairs & umbrella, etc. Before we even left, we had already sent the link to friends to recommend they stay here too!

This property is as comfortable, well kept and well stocked as advertised. It is super well located and within a short walk from anything and everything you may need. Excellent stay
This property is beautiful. The property owners and manager are very easy to deal with, friendly and communicate effortlessly. The condo suite is large and could accommodate 4-5 people The building is airy and well kept, the pool is beautiful with a nice view of the track field . The track field , the big selecto grocery store and 5th avenue are all within walking distance. I will return! It was a lovely stay. I definitely recommend.

Comfortable location within 10 minutes of 5th. Ave. and only 5 minutes to the beautiful new grocery store, Chedraui. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us. The building is well maintained and the rooftop pool was clean and the surroundings comfortable with plenty of seating & umbrellas. We enjoyed are stay so much we've booked for next year. Great location, awesome rooftop pool
Overall, a good stay. Apartment was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Rooftop pool was very nice with adequate loungers and shaded area. No need for a car as restaurants and chopping are close by. Our rental representative, Jessy, was very personable, helpful and responsive to our questions. Her boss, Lillianne, the owner of Blue Playa Agency, was abrasive and rude. Two other couples we met while staying there had issues with her also; to the point where one of the couples will not stay there again due to her. She needs an attitude adjustment.

Immaculate place with all you need
A perfect condo with everything you need in terms of kitchen items, towels, bedding, beach chairs, etc. It is exactly as shown on the web. The only negative to this place is the car traffic noise (this condo is just above street level) on a noisy corner. There is also a bar across the street that plays loud music late into the night on Thursday to Sunday nights. The condo itself is perfect though and the roof deck and pool are excellent! There are many restaurants within walking distance and away from 5th avenue where you can get cheaper meals that are fantastic. Our only reason for not staying here again is the traffic and bar noise. We would still recommend it to others though.

Jessy was our manager and did a great job, easily reached and we had two cleanings in an 11 day stay. We would come back. The roof pool was great, secure underground parking with a 24 hour security guard. Great price for what you receive.

Well appointed condo close to amenities
The condo is nicely furnished and set up for long term stays. It’s ideal for a couple. The rooftop pool is great. It needs a few more umbrellas for shade. The ocean view is a stretch. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Playa. The beach is a huge disappointment. It’s filled with smelly sargassum (seaweed) making it impossible to spend any time there. The condo is great but I’d never come back due to the horrible conditions on the water. Apparently it comes and goes and is unpredictable.

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and modern, in a great location close to everything including the beach, 5th avenue, and an amazing choice of places to eat, and everything in easy walking distance! The caretakers Patricia and John were totally the best and made us feel at home immediately. The terrace offers an incredible view, and just a wonderful place to relax, or sunbathe or have a swim in the pool. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay while in Playa Del Carmen!

Nice condo in location that is close but not too close to everything
This is a great place to stay because it is a short walk to 5th and the beach but far enough away that it is not noisy. There are some good restaurants nearby and plenty of stores to buy groceries or other various foods from. The condo is new and modern with a great rooftop pool and views. The outdoor shower up there never really worked though. The property managers were not in town but were very responsive and helpful and had their assistant handle everything promptly. We arrived early and they allowed us to put our stuff up until check in time. The apartment is open and the living room is open to the bedroom unless you pull out the room divider. The only thing I didn't like is that the layout is a little too open -- the bathroom is not separated from the bedroom by any doors and the toilet only has a glass door (with no door knob) that is open to the whole apartment. Therefore there is really not much privacy.

The condo is very clean and spacious, the location is perfect. The wifi works great , the bed is amazingly comfortable ,sleeped like a baby .. The condo is located Just a short walk from 5th Ave. The pool has an amazing view of the city its perfect view at night. There is a great cevicheria at the corner if you want some good food. We had a nice relaxing time. We will recommend this condo to our friends n fam.

Wonderful, wish our home was like this.
We travel quite a bit and this was close to our number 1rated experience. The unit was well appointed, convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We felt very safe. The property managers John and Patricia went out of their way many times to help us. They even invited us out for drinks to one of their favorite spots to listen to music. The bar let my wife mix her own drinks! Their recommendations were all excellent. The unit was near the entrance but quite. It is very well laid out. We live in a condo in the States and wish ours was as efficient. We stayed here a month and it wasn't long enough. Hope to come back next year.

We stayed at Horizonte 34 in Playa del Carmen for five weeks, Jan 15-Feb 18, 2017 and enjoyed the condo very much. The condo had everything you need for a longer holiday. King size bed was very comfortable. The roof top pool was wonderful on those hot afternoons. We met a number of couples during our stay that I am sure we will keep in touch with. The condo is in a perfect area, just a short walk to 5th Ave, and there are lots of restaurants close by. The property managers, John and Patricia, have become good friends during our stay, they really made our vacation the best it could be. We just seemed to click. We will truly miss them. We will keep in touch and may even visit them. We want to thank the owners Tony and Marguerite for allowing us to stay in their home it was a perfect fit for what we were looking for.

I would recommend this place to anyone would like to go to Playa Del Carmen as first or many times. The location is just amazing, beach is close, 5-10 minutes walk.. many local and tourist restaurant around the condo as you feel for.. and for people love sport there is a place right in front. The pool on the roof is perfect and the neighbour are awesome and friendly. About, place, the first day i arrived, someone was there telling me everything you should know as a tourist and the responsible of the keys and host was ready to help at anytime if needed. The condo was perfectly cleaned with everything you can need in a house. Thank you again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home of Tony and Marguerite Soper at Horizonte34. Marguerite was always very quick to respond from my initial inquiry to my many questions as we got closer to our trip. It was the perfect set up for my husband and I during our fast visit. I enjoyed a jog every morning and enjoyed the sunrise on the beach (only a 5min jog or a 10min walk). The materials left at the condo pointed out where to grab some groceries and noted some of their favorite restaurants. That was helpful because there is so much to choose from. It is just a couple blocks from 5th Avenue but very quiet and extremely safe. John and Patricia Hanson, the property managers did a terrific job checking us in and out. The Sopers are lucky to have them. They take great care of things. The pool is gorgeous and the view is wonderful. We may likely rent again when we return. Thank you for sharing your home.
