Terrible stay
Upon arrival, host said we didn't have a reservation or booking. I showed her my confirmed booking and she still wasn't convinced. Eventually she was able to get us a room for the original booking price. Initially she was going to charge $200 extra. Room was tiny with double bed, had no electricity, no AC, and no water for several hours and not giving an explanation why. Only saying it's being worked on. After waiting for over 3 hours, it finally came on. On top of that, we couldn't sleep because of loud music being played at a club. Finally stopped at 3am. Really bad experience here overall and don't recommend to anyone whatsoever.

Estuve alojada por 8 noches con mi pareja, la recepcion cerraba muy temprano (6 PM), si teniamos algun problema luego..no se podia solucionar hasta las 8 AM. Los ultimos 3 dias NO TUVIMOS AGUA CALIENTE! Al preguntar al dia siguiente nos dijeron "prendere el calefon", por lo visto lo habian apagado. Pero pasaron dos dias y sigio igual.

Todo súper bien, es central, muy cerca de todo el comercio, nos movimos a varios lugares en bus o caminando porque tiene varias vías de acceso, lo único que no nos agradó fue el exceso de sonido en la noche ya que llevamos nuestra hija pequeña, pero no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, es incómodo pero pues nada que hacer…
