If you need tomgo reception dont go 2pm to 6pm folk are checking in, you might miss your holiday its that slow. The lifts are a nightmare during breakfast, meal times only 4. "My first day there and my passports were stolen from my bedroom I’m elderly and had to take a 4 hour ride there and back to Madrid in order to go to the embassy to get new ones my wife’s jewelry was also stolen. I would never go back. "

"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. "Awful check in . You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

"Excellent facilities and wonderful breakfast. Room had excellent view over harbour and beach. Good sized room but air con broke down and could not be repaired - offered another room - but with excellent view decided to stay put. Really good stay."
