"We couldn’t really fault our stay in these apartments. From the glass of bubbly and the welcome chocolates in the room on arrival to checkout everything was fabulous. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. "Wonderful from start to finish! We are already planning our return trip for next year. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! "For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! "Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apartment. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites.
