"Spent two nights here in late June 2024 in and ocean front room. Hotel was recently opened and in great condition; sleek rooms with simple, yet classy aesthetic. The breakfast is top notch; the pool is lovely coupled with great beach access. Am now staying at a very fancy and much more expensive resort near Marbella, and feel METT was the far better option, especially for the price. Not exclusively adults only, but definitely felt more that vibe - highly recommend for those traveling without children."

"The property is in a secure gated community with a nice restaurant 50metres away. The boardwalk pathway which is just a 100metres from the property runs along the beach all the way to Estepona but its circa 5km to Estepona. A lovely well.maintained walk but perhaps a stretch too far for many. Whilst the property is slightly dated it has all the elements you need for a comfortable stay. A pleasant terrace with a shaded dining area on the ground floor and a further terrace on the roof with limited shade but comfortable in the evening. There are two further restaurants along the coast path I mentioned earlier. One only 10 mins walk. The other near El padron beach approx 15-20 mins walk. Estepona itself has an abundance of restaurants and has a charming old town with historic squares 5km or so from the property."

"What an amazing weeks holiday from.start to finsh the villa and complex gave is everthing we wanted. Location - perfect for us, felt quite private but 10 mins by taxi to estepona and if your feeling energetic an hours walk to the beginning of town. However, its along one of the most picturesque boardwalks you will find. Also blessed with a great beach bar and restaurant within a 100m of the villa (just down the villa garden, out the back gate , turn left and you are there, really reasonable prices too. Villa- really clean and extremely well equipped, great spanish feel, the master bedroom balcony is a stand out. Huge, with amazing view of the sea whilst listening to the waves crashing on the beach , simply amazing anytime of day. We had a family of 6 and did not feel cramped at all , 4 showers was very well recieved by all. Downstairs living was soacious with plenty of seating for all inside and out(maybe one more sunlounger would be nice carlos) , kitchen and washing room great, the ice machine from the fridge freezer was a saviour. Host - Great , allowed to check in when we arrived 2hrs early so saved finding something to do after a long travel day, couldn't fault communication, really nice guy Grounds - beautiful and tranquil next to the sea, cant believe you are just off the main raod yet hear nothing. Pools need to be seen to be believed , on Google maps but they were twice the size in real life. Small pool about 10ft deep, amazing Verdict 10/10 hope to be back"

"We had an excellent week in Estepona. We loved the town. Relaxed, not over touristy, but plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely old town. The accommodation was first class for the two of us. Very clean, all amenities, hard to criticise. Lovely large shared pool that we had pretty much to ourselves in late September. Lorraine, the manager could not have been more accommodating. We were lucky to be allowed to check in early and also check out late. Would happily stay again."

"The rooms are lovely & the setting is ideal, but that’s about it. The 1 restaurant (not 3) serves the same thing all day (same as a the room service menu) & is horrendously slow & over priced. The breakfast is slow & a very poor choice of options. The spa is fine if you like sauna/steam room but the pool/jacuzzi area is currently closed (they tried to deny it existed until I showed them the brochure from the room). For a mostly empty hotel the staff aren’t exactly jumping to help. Don’t bother trying to go into the indoor part of the restaurant - it’s empty & no staff go in there. It could be brilliant, but instead it’s a 3 star hotel in a 5* shell. "

"The apartment was lovely just as described. Marta, the property manager was amazing, so very helpful. The grounds were lush and beautiful, the pools clean beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying here. I will be back"
