The walk to Flamingo Beach is 20/25 mins but a local bus runs from just outside the pedestrian entrance and the walk up the nearby Montaña Rosa gives you a fabulous view across Playa Blanca. "We have stayed in this small complex before but this was a much nicer finished duplex with a real home from home feel Located only 5-10 min walk from the marina, close to a couple of decent supermarkets and with a great pool this is a great holiday option "

"Great place, quiet but 5 minutes from shops and a 10 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina. Address is a but tricky as the street sign for Calle Cyca4 is missing, there is a notice board on the wall where it should be that has a map showing the property. Overall we had a great stay."

"Great outdoors space with lovely very large pool. The villa is fine but generally feels a bit tired and dated. Easy 20 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca, supermarkets and the beach. Property management was responsive with someone coming out to replace shower heads within the hour. Also, we greatly appreciated the flexibility of allowing us a late check out to meet our requirements."

"The owner and local agent provided an excellent service to make our arrival, stay and departure perfect. We had a super quiet time and enjoyed being away from the busy areas of Playa Blanca. There are some grocery stores are only a short walk away, and the Marina shops and restaurants a little further in the opposite direction. The house was just as described and really clean. We can especially recommend this host and property, but would just like it all to ourselves!"

"Villa bien située néanmoins impossible d’utiliser le coffre fort malgré l’intervention du technicien, chambre avec lit double matelas inconfortable car très enfoncé pour les 2 adultes, manque ustensiles de cuisine (aucun couvercle pour faitouts ceux existants ne correspondent pas), cafetière trop petite pour 4 personnes, villa avec 3 chambres et couverts, tables, chaises pour 4 personnes trop juste."
