The view of the Rockies from the back porch is unbelievable and if you rent a car for your visit, it's simple to get to Boulder and then come back for a quiet, relaxing stay. "Short 15 minute drive to campus, but out of the crowds and outrageous prices in Boulder proper. Louisville is a cute little town with coffee, restaurants ,etc all within walking distance. Apartment was comfortable and all I needed for a short stay with no need to cook myself, although there is a small fridge, microwave, and tea kettle if needed. Great outdoor space for soaking up some CO sun. Beautiful gardens. Really great. "

"Absolutely loved the layout and cleanliness of the place! The kitchen was also well-stocked if you want the option to make your own meals. The location is a short walk away from the historic district with incredible restaurants, so we hardly moved our car. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to Boulder and Denver but also have the opportunity to explore Lafayette! We loved it, and would happily stay here again :)"

The kitchen is well stocked and parking easy. Carpet worn and stained and couches which are vinyl torn. Dogs upstairs barked all night and when we arrived the fire alarm batteries were low and beeped. They did come to replace the next morning.
