"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. "Louise is great. Was flexible for check-in, super sweet and welcoming and responsive to any question I had. The flat is super cute and the yard is the best part.The location is great if you want to be outside of the central city but easily accessible. We could get anywhere from the train station 5 minute walk away. The grocery store is less than 5 minute walk and there are great restaurants we went to close by in Blackheath. Very happy with our stay!"

"The location made it easy to catch a train to everywhere we needed to go in London with a very short walk. That was very convenient. The apartment fit our family of four well and had everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay. Grocery stores are close by, which we used to buy what we needed for breakfasts to cook at the apartment, saving us some money. Great communication from the hosts as well. "
