"Mykonos Blu is a beautiful hotel and resort. The rooms are simple but elegant, the restaurants are excellent, and the pools and beach are the stuff of Mediterranean vacation dreams. I especially appreciated the fact that you don't have to pay extra for lounge chairs by the beach, which you do at some resorts. It does take 10-15 minutes by taxi to reach the hotel from the ferry, which is pretty typical for Mykonos. Also, I wouldn't necessarily recommend springing for the private pools–they're not actually that private (they're in full view of the other rooms/passersby) and the main pools are just as nice. The breakfast spread is one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel, and it's included! The staff here are kind, thoughtful, and attentive–we truly felt we got the "5-star resort" treatment. They use a WhatsApp line so you don't have to call the front desk–very convenient. Overall, we felt welcomed and relaxed in this beautiful space. We only wish we could have stayed longer!"
