"The lady who checks you in and runs the place is a saint. She took care of me during a difficult time. She made sure I was safe, helped me book a ferry and taxi to get back to Athens to go home due to a medical and personal emergency. She even made sure I ate and had water. The property is beautiful, right by the water and you can’t ask for a kinder host! Even comes with a bottle of wine. "

"We love staying at Kapetan Tasos. Our room was immaculate with incredibly comfortable beds. The showers were strong. The views from the room were lovely and it was a short walk to the beach, to beach bars and to the main town of Pollonia. The light breakfast served every morning was lovely. "We really enjoyed our stay here in Sifnos and looking forward already to being back. The owner Stathis is very friendly and helpful with anything. The location is higher up, so a bit of a steep walk up, but still close to the main road for the restaurants, cafes and beach, and the height provides a great view. Our room was very comfortable with a patio to make the most of the view. There was also a cool filtered water system close by that we could use which was very convenient. Highly recommend!"
