They gave us a personal tour, showing us all the animals and even allowing us to witness the night feeding of the jaguar and puma—a truly unique experience. The dedication and care they have for these animals is evident, and it’s inspiring to see a place so committed to animal welfare and conservation. On top of that, the food was excellent, and the professionalism of the entire team made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ciudad Valles and Aguasteca Potosin!"
