"Amazing value and fantastic staff. Tina was a standout. The food selection was diverse and they constantly restocked. I didn’t like the stairs in the maisonettes as they were very steep and didn’t feel safe. No lifts anywhere on the property. Overall we loved our stay."

It's a 3.5 star hotel not 5 stars
"The breakfast buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) ..."
