The villa has half an acre of private garden and is no more than 50 meters from the beach. Its architectural style respects the Cretan aesthetics, tradition, and the environment with no compromise in comfort and luxury.

The exterior of the building and grounds are beautifully designed and include a large private pool ( 40 sq.m. ). Villa has a lovely comfortable sunbathing area. There is also a pergola and a stone-built barbecue.
The interior of the villa comprises three floors. On the ground level, there is a spacious lounge, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms each with a private bathroom and balcony. The balconies have a breathtaking view of the sea. In the basement, there is a third bedroom with a bathroom and a fourth bedroom (this room has no windows).

Important Notice:
-The main house can be used by 6 people. If guests are over 6, the studio can also be used by 2 people for an extra charge of 40 euros per person.
Please note that the 4th bedroom is located in the basement and has no windows or balcony.
-Check-in is after 16.00
-In case you travel with your pet, we have a refundable deposit of 300 euros for any damages

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Starting from January 1st, 2024 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From March to October, the rate of 10 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to February the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
