"The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was undergoing some renovation so there was minor inconvenience with that - ice machine on our floor was not working for example. One issue was the lack of electric outlets - made charging phones etc a problem. "

"Property is lovely but it could use a major face lift because the facility looks run down. It feels safe here, though, and its quiet. My room was adequately clean, and the bathroom looked clean and sanitary. The toilet needed repairing, and someone came quickly and did an expert job. I asked for the staff to change the bed linens which someone did promptly. The staff are very nice and very responsive. "
