"We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the place. The house is a traditional French family home in a convenient village location. The house is well maintained and very well organised. Everything works. There is no airconditioning but the window shutters are mostly effective in keeping the house reasonably cool and well ventilated. (The exception was for a few days when we experienced a heatwave … with temperatures outside if 38-40C its probably not surprising that it was pretty uncomfortable...

Aanraders: Collioure, Cadaqués, Girona, Paulilles, kustweg tussen Banyuls-sur-Mer en Cap de Cerbère. Misschien een kleine tip voor de eigenaars van de woning? In de badkamer en toilet, een klein vuilbakje en een groot handdoekenrek beneden in de badkamer."

Wohnung liegt super zentral zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vom Markt 2x/Woche bis Intermarche, Aldi und Lidl in direkter Nähe. Zu Fuß erreichbar ist freies Gelände zum Laufen mit dem Hund. Klare Empfehlung - super nette Vermieter. Gerne wieder"

"We had a lovely time in the area with easy 30 mins to the beach or the mountains. The help and information from the hosts was excellent and the provision of the bikes was great. House was in a central location to the village with many amenities, restaurants and Boulangerie close by. Narrow streets could mean larger cars could find it more difficult. Lovely market on a Wed evening. Lack of air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom made sleeping more difficult in the south of France heat. "

The house is simply but tastefully decorated and equipped with all you need for an enyoyable holiday. We made the most of the terrace and the wonderful views, for our breakfast and evening "sundowner". "The villa was very clean, very well equipped and perfect for our stay.....the pool was a great size for our group of four. The only negative was that we experienced very low water pressure during our stay which impacted the bathrooms and made showering sometimes a little challenging. The Commune of Durban is a lovely village and had a useful local Supermarket with Bakery and a really nice Bar / Restaurant ( Chez Prano). We had to travel a little distance in the evening to visit other restaurants...

"Clean and functional apartment-hotel with kitchen and balcony. Everything worked well, kitchen had all utensils and pans, the room was quiet, the balcony (and balcony windows) made it feel bright and spacious. Close to city center. Staff were friendly. There is an on-site laundry (although it is a bit expensive: 7 euros for a wash), reception area nothing special if you want to lounge in a hotel lobby, but these very minor drawbacks. Overall very good and convenient, I would stay again. "
