"We loved our time in this special place. Being both close to town and seemingly so beautifully isolated on this big property was exactly what we needed from the first days of our vacation. "First, the negatives: * No air conditioner. The listing was accurate, but I didn't notice the missing A/C until a couple weeks before the trip. Wouldn't have been a problem except we stayed in the 105 degree heat wave of 2024. * There is not a bridge near the house: Its a 35 minutes to Plains, and an hour to Thompson Falls. * Kitchen is small and has no dishwasher.
