"This home was the perfect spot for a getaway with friends. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Because of the burn ban we couldn't use the firepit but there is a beautiful set up outside next to a picnic table. We would definitely come back again!"

"We were a party of nine (five adults, four kids aged 7 to 11) and the house worked great for us with six places to sleep. The house was big enough so that we could spread out and the eating area was large enough so that we could all eat and play card games together. The weather didn't cooperate so much (only hit 70 one day despite being August) so we didn't really spend much time at the lake, but the amenities seemed very nice. She even reached out to check on us and give us an update when the power happened to go out for a few hours. I would recommend this property to anyone. "

"The house was very nice and very clean. Had a warm cozy feel to it. Was close to all amenities in split rock. Walking distance to play grounds and the Hub. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend . "

"I booked this property for a family and friends vacation, the owner was very responsive and we were excited to check in and start our weekend. The house slept everyone comfortably. However, a lot of the amenities were very dated and/or damaged. The deck was a mess upon arrival, the cushions for the outdoor sectional piece were basically lounge cushions spread out, and the kitchen was ill-equipped with simple steak knives. The expectation of the photos and description does not justify the price."

"We stayed with 12 adults for a 40th birthday celebration. There was so much space for everyone to hang out and sleep comfortably. The house is even cleaner and nicer in person and was fully stocked with everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again. The booking agent Ginni was so helpful too. Definitely reccommend it to anyone with a larger group. The game room downstairs was awesome too - basketball, pool table, darts, shuffle board. We had so much fun!"

"The house had everything we needed for our family of 5 to be comfortable and was in a great spot with a beautiful yard to chill at the house or go hike nearby. It smelled a bit musty and we needed to take allergy meds for our dust/mold allergies BUT we loved the spot so much we didn’t care. We didn’t expect it to be new and perfect so that was fine, it was accurate to the listing. "

"This was one of our best rental experiences ever. The chalet is comfortable and very cozy, well appointed with just about everything you need from kitchen supplies to plenty of warm blankets. The owners were great communicators and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. It was particularly great to have them enthusiastic about us bringing along our dog - there were treats and toys waiting for him too and the whole place was dog ready and dog friendly. We will return."

"I needed a little break from everyday life and this was the perfect spot! A cozy little family room, a perfect front porch and a fun game room! I wasn’t able to take advantage of the fire pit and hot tub but what an awesome feature! I hope to come back with friends some time soon! 10/10 recommend! Amy was also a pleasure to work with! Nice place to stay.

"The room was smaller than expected, but was clean and comfortable. The staff worked hard to get people checked in though the computers were down. They maintained a pleasant and professional attitude even though it was stressful for them. We enjoyed our stay."

"We are local to this hotel. We stayed 1 night as we lost power. People in tire area are not known for being too friendly. Honesty, if i didn't know better, I wouldn't have thought I was still in Scranton. The young man at the desk (I believe his name was Tyler) was fantastic. Very friendly, willing to do anything to help us. The cook at the breakfast place also so nice to my young daughter. Everyone was really great. Bartender at the restaurant ( long haired gentleman) also very accommodating. Not to mention makes the best espresso martini! We will definitely be back again. "
