We came in late and left early, we were on tour and booked it as a place to clean up and sleep then get back on the road. The photos aren't inaccurate, but it's kind of rough. The photos should speak for themselves; for example the sign talks about homelessness, hanging on the porch, doing drugs, etc, all saying that you will be ejected immediately for violating the rules and if you are offended, "deal with it." While I take no issue with not allowing homelessness, loitering (though I assume the porch is part of the rental, meaning it should be permitted), or doing drugs, the sign felt both very condecending and tacky and summarized the feel of the property. There is also a sign saying the property is protected by a handgun and god. If rental property has to specify it isn't a homeless shelter that property may not be a place to rent to traveling guests for a profit. Because VRBO doesn't offer guests a way to upload photos, which harms the ability to show what the unit looks like. In short, grungier and less maintained, particularly outside the unit in the hallway and stairs.
The shower handle came off in my hand when I turned it, I didn't take a photo because I was in the shower and such. There's pretty limited cookware, and check the photos to see why I threw out the instant coffee once I saw the available teabags. We were there less than eight hours. May be the least comfortable mattress I have ever been on. The street is pretty noisy when cars come by.
