"Life House Berkshires looks great, but no one actually works there. Or at least that's how it seemed during our stay. I never got the welcome text they said I would get to be able to communicate with staff. I called the 800 number once to try to get someone and couldn't get a person. I finally did get a person the next time I tried that number and that was to tell them that when we came back for the day after housekeeping had been there, our sink was clogged with muddy water. "Loved our stay at the Ellery in Feb 2025. Though the snow was piled high, the staff was there to make sure we had breakfast and a fire going in the lobby to beat the heat. Great location for Northampton. Could’ve walked to town if not for the snow. Will likely stay again if I ever travel through. The staff was wonderful and took excellent care of us!"
