"We had the best time here. So peaceful and beautiful. The place is down a dirt road, so probably need 4wd in the winter and definitely bring groceries since the closest dining is a bit down the road. The place was spotless clean, the most comfortable beds, and beautiful setting. "

I really appreciate that you take the time to make sure that the sheets, the pillows, the towels all smell fresh and clean. The house was clean and you were so easy to communicate with.! "Would absolutely recommend staying here. We regret not staying here longer. Everything is exactly as pictured, very clean and the environment is peaceful. The treehouse is cozy, check in was quick and simple and the lounge area is perfect. I would recommend taking time to explore the grounds - they are beautiful. We loved getting to know the owners, great people. "

If you have kids or family and want to cook for them, this is the place you want. Private and cooled in the Spring/Summer by all the trees - great place to stay while visiting Queeche, Woodstock, and beyond."

"Fabulous location within a 2 minute walk to lake for swimming and other water activities. 5 minute drive to quaint downtown Sunapee and 5 minutes to Sunapee mountain! We were in the area for a wedding and our family of 6 fit comfortably into the cozy cabin with an expansive screen porch and comfortable couch seating for all. Made s’mores in outdoor fire pit and listened to loons calling on the lake. Weather wasn’t great but we still had fun and wished we could stay a week. Wonderfully responsive...

"The house was exactly what we were looking for! It was so clean and had a great layout. The house felt really private and the area seemed pretty quiet and peaceful, no noisy neighbors. Our older kid loved having the bunk house as a bedroom. And the screened in porch was the most perfect and comfortable place for us to have all of our meals. I was a little worried about the lake when we first arrived. The house is located in a grassy part of the lake. But it is a quick boat ride to the sandbar...
