"This is our third stay at Phyllis's little slice of heaven. I will not reinvent the wheel by repeating words from our former visit reviews, but I will say that for anyone who loves staying in a well furnished (historical) home with super comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen -- while still being able to bring your four legged friend and still get away from it all -- this is your place.It is certainly our ShangriLa, and we love that Phyllis provides access to such a wonderful dog-friendly home to get away from it all!!"

"The hotel was like new as it was very inviting, clean along with a friendly staff. The rooms were nice and the bed comfort was exceptional. The morning breakfast was very good with an assortment of tasty hot and cold fresh food. The coffee was wonderful. They have a nice pool and fitness center -- everything you need for a pleasant hotel stay. I highly recommended this hotel."
