"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Bern! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and plenty of storage space for clothing. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Bern's charming Old City, making it easy to explore all the sights. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. "The ladies at reception are very friendly. I received a free upgrade to a larger room and also enjoyed complimentary drinks from the bar. The location is convenient, as it's within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit in Bern. They also have a very nice gym."

"It's perfect. There isn't much around the immediate area, but you are literally a three min walk from the trains and a 5 min train ride to downtown. Can't beat that. Grocery store right next door too. "
