"This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Very easy access to Petit Moriand Gondola, then on to the rest of the valleys. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. We can't wait to return."

"My husband, two young kids (5 & 3), and myself stayed here bc compared to the hotels we thought it was a good deal. However there are lots of extra costs that don’t make it so. Nor is it entirely convenient as you have to walk quite a bit with your skis to get to the slopes. Sheets/towels aren’t provided so that will run you about 120€ extra. Then there is the issue of cleaning. We cleaned for hours the morning we checked out only to be charged a 100€ cleaning fee bc there were some minor issues...

"Perfect location right on the slopes with a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Although fairly small we spent our time out all day but was a warm place to lay our heads after a busy day skiing. Would recommend."

"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "
