"Property details stated 2 beds, and that’s what we selected. Apartment was very clean and recently renovated, but only had one bed. It did have an old sofa bed in bad condition, with no linens to be used on it. I shared pictures of the tattered sofa with the peoperty contact upon arrival. "

We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. The stay was pleasant and the room was spacious. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was hair everywhere. Think the rule of not leaving towels to reserve the very few loungers wasn't very well enforced, on our stay the same couple had the same ones 3 days in a row... My only quibble is the 11 am breakfast finish was a bit over 'enthusiastically' enforced, the staff started clearing the food labels away...
