"Our group had a wonderful stay (3 weeks) over the Christmas holidays. The villa is well equipped for cooking and serving large meals, with a large functional kitchen and dining area. Everything was clean and there was a good base of kitchen supplies (oils and vineagars, herbs and spices) and an awesome espresso machine! The layout is ideal for family groups and couples, beds were comfortable and there was good closet spaces in each main bedroom. There is a wonderful wood stove, with a good supply of wood, which is plenty to heat the entire place, plus sunshine from the large windows. The host was very accommodating with the arrangements for our group, as we were coming from a long distance; they even provided holiday decorations, which my children (ages 9 & 11) really appreciated. Communication was good with the host as well, and when there was an issue with the wifi (the network was down in the whole neighborhood) they made alternate arrangements right away. We didn't have a car, so made use of the local greenway, which was very handy for accessing the bigger grocery stores and the beach. Town is a short walk (10 mins) away, and the market on Thursdays and Sundays is not to be missed! There is also regular public transit close by (less than 10 mins walk to Linge 10) so you can access Perpignan or Les Barcares. I imagine in the summer when the pool is operational and the outdoor kitchen is in use that this villa is the site of many good times! Thanks for the great stay!"

"The online description and photos do not truly convey how lovely this property is! Very well-equipped, three spacious double bedrooms and a second toilet to name a few things. Close to beaches and to the town plus a lovely heated pool in the garden which the children loved. Mme Oziouls was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!"
