"Lovely hotel right on the beach, amazing amenities, beautiful spacious rooms, great spa, good restaurants (but book in advance). Be prepared that most staff /people in the area don't speak good English, but they are super nice and friendly and will do their best to understand broken French :). Highly recommend booking restaurants in the area (especially highly rated ones) in advance."

"What a find! Great location, stunning views, outstanding hospitality. The owners were very warm and friendly which created a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Highlight -- we opted to have dinner in the dining room and could not have been more pleased. It was unbelievably delicious, with each course creatively and beautifully presented, like works of art. It was obvious that they put great effort into delivering outstanding hospitality and clearly enjoy what they do."

"Great French seaside hotel. We had a sea view suite which had a shared deck looking out over the gardens and the sea. Hotel immaculate and great breakfast. Gardens are really pretty and a convenient location to walk into town for supper. Carpark and electric hookup. Would return. We walked along to coast path to see the pink granite rocks. "

"A really lovely hotel. Clean and good sized room, good food and service both at breakfast and in the restaurant. Beautiful location and views from the breakfast restaurant, Didn't play golf as we were only there 2 nights, but the course also looked good. Would go again without hesitation and would thoroughly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Brittany."

"We have been staying in 4 star hotels on our trip and so I thought it’s time for my young family to see what differences 2 stars made- to be honest despite the “ luxury” differences this was a very pleasant stay and the staff were very helpful. The Italian restaurant around the corner was also a very delightful surprise. "

"This apartment has everything you need - even an oyster knife for shucking the best oysters we’ve ever had! The host gave great recommendations for walks to explore the beautiful coastline! Comfy beds, lovely garden, nice views from the windows. I highly recommend this place. Great value for what we paid! "

Two weeks in Plemeur-Bodou

"The property was lovely, and we were well looked after by the very friendly and attentive Mrs Le Tinevez. We stayed with our two teenagers, who each had their own room and had plenty of space to themselves. The wider area is lovely for walking, especially around the coastal paths. It’s not an area with a lot of British visitors, and occasionally we felt a little out of place. But overall we had a lovely time - recommended."

House with terrace and garden for 5 persons 200m from the beach in Brittany

A good base for the coast

"My wife and I returned to the Pink Granite Coast after a gap of 20 years. The house was a good base for walking , being close to the GR34 path , the coast , and also to a marked cycling route. Twice we walked directly from the house , and had car free days. The house has a private setting in the grounds of the owners house. It is well equipped . The arrangement of the double bedroom being accessed through the bathroom is a bit "quirky" , but wasn't a problem to us. We were recommended ( by the receptionist at our overnight stop in Abbeville ) to Le Ker Louis restaurant in Ploumenach , it is well worth a visit ."

Nice house located in l'Ile Grande, Granit Rose coast

Compact cottage, great location

"Well equipped cottage with direct access to the beach 200m away. Chantal was a great host and loaned us the sheets we had failed to bring. Sadly the local depot de pain is no longer open but there is an Intermarché only 10 minutes drive away, along with other shops. Great base for exploring the Côte Granite Rose."
