Bring your boat or rent one for the ultimate in Florida lifestyle. Our community dock will accommodate a boat up to 22 feet. Like to fish? Fish right off the dock or try your luck surf fishing or book a charter with one of the local guides for a thrilling day of sport fishing or backwater challenges. Trout, Redfish, Snook, Tarpon and Grouper are just a few of the many species that call our waters home.

Don Pedro Island (aka Palm Island) is a barrier island 7 miles lone and a stones throw from the mainland. You’ll arrive via a short car ferry ride that takes about three minutes. Palm Island transit has a website, check out rates and information. Our island has a resort that offers a casual restaurant, ice cream/deli shop, sundries store. The island is almost all single family homes so you’ll quickly find it has a pristine 'non-commercial' family feel. There are no large high-rise resorts, beach bars or traffic and noise. If you’re looking for that place in the sun that you can actually hear the wind whistle through the palms - you’ve found your place.

Off island you’ll be close to restaurants, shops, golf courses and world famous Boca Grande as well as other attractions. As we like to say... civilization is close but not too close. Boca Grande offers exclusive shopping, dining and sightseeing. By boat you can reach Cayo Costa Island State Park and Cabbage Key where Jimmy Buffet was inspired to write 'Cheeseburger In Paradise.' Do it all, or do nothing at all, that’s the “island” lifestyle. It’s laid back, always casual (leave your tie at home) and Florida at its best.

No smoking. Pets allowed with owner's permission and additional pet fee. A one pet 50 lb limit.

Fantastic, very communicative host. The property was exactly as described and the pool was terrific on cooler days. The golf cart makes exploring the island fun and we caught snook and snapper off the dock. Great stay!

Just what we needed to relax and enjoy the weather and beauty right outside our door! We were just steps from the water and sand. Licence to Chill had everything you could think of from towels, kitchen supplies, to bikes, kayaks and even golf cart. We have fallen in love with October at the beach. This island is magical for melting away stress and this property has the absolute best view! Diane is a pro and communication with her was flawless. We will definitely rent from her again. Don't think twice before booking this property!

Our stay here was amazing. Perfect place to relax and unwind. This condo came with everything you could possibly think of and then some. Our host had great communication with us throughout our stay and had so many great recommendations for us on what to do while we were there. Sunset every night right from the Lanei. We will definitely return again.

Beautiful gulf front townhouse on a very private island Patio, nice kitchen, pool, good size bedrooms You are directly on the beach enjoying the sea, amasing sunset, turtle... We rented the golf cart and bought too many ferry ride for the car Better to choose between the two options Perfect vacation for relaxation

A very clean unpretentious beach house, Diane is a great property manager. This island sandy roads are fun to drive around in a golf cart, please get care free beachwear, a hat and a good pony tail if you fancy long hair. A ferry takes you there in your car, golf cart... Arrive early morning to avoid long wait. Bring all groceries on your way into the island, there is a scarcely supplied convenience store in the resort. The Palm Island/Don Pedro Island provides charmingly the experience of old Florida with the modern conveniences of electricity and AC. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are amazing.

Superb Family Getaway!
After what seemed like eternity, my family was finally able to enjoy a well-anticipated getaway in our own private paradise. The apartment was clean, modernized and everything we'd hoped for! Not to mention, the property owner (Diane) was absolutely fabulous. She addressed each of our concerns almost instantaneously, no matter what time of day, and made every effort to ensure our happiness and comfort during our stay. My family and I have already decided to make this visit an annual vacation spot.

Great location on beach, next to pool. Loud music at pool made sitting on porch not very relaxing. Parking is very limited. Accommodates four people very comfortably. Would definitely rent again.

Absolute Paradise!
Everything was absolutely perfect! This property is beautiful and had everything we needed! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning as well as all our other meals. Everything was clean and well maintained! Diane was so welcoming and was always in reach if we had any questions, the perfect host! The beach was amazing as is the whole island! The paddle board and kyaks were a bonus and we used them several times! We will hopefully be booking again!

Wonderful Vacation
This condo and its location checks every box. Beach front, direct pool view and easy access to the canal. My wife and 2 kids had such a wonderful time taking it all in. The condo itself was very clean and included all basic amenities needed while on the island. Highly encourage the golf cart rental as it makes for a very fun ride up and down the island, specifically during the cooler summer evenings. The owner was incredibly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, a great stay! Will definitely be back.

Simply Beautiful
Licensed 2 Chill is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax. The home is perfectly situated facing the gulf with incredible views from the main living room and master bedroom. The beach is literally steps away! We walked down to the state park collecting shells and watching the birds and dolphins along the way. The townhome is exactly as described along with amenities. The pool next door was an added plus! There is a nice restaurant and shopette only a quick trip away by golf cart.

EXCEPTIONAL!
This property is even more than advertised! Clean, well maintained and handsomely decorated. The beach is fantastically long and can be walked for hours...and it is amazingly uncrowded! The heated pool is a big plus on days when it is either to cool or windy for the beach. If you want a relaxed vacation and quiet down-time this is the place! The owners are very easy to work with and have provided all that is necessary for a great beach vacation!

Everything was great for the most part. A bit severe with the rules and regulations. Email upfront, repeated on the fridge - another text when checking out. Zero ability for early check in or late check out either. We enjoyed the property but would not book through the company managing it again.

Amazing beach vacation
The house was absolutely perfect. It was comfortable and right on the beach. It was so easy to walk downstairs and get to the beach. Great for young children. You can come back to the house as many times as you want because it is so close to the beach. It was also great to have the pool right next door. You can actually see the pool from the balcony. There isn't much to do on the island but it was a great relaxing vacation. The house has all the beach and water toys you need.
