"The condo was a great place for my husband and I to unwind for two weeks. We were close enough to walk to the South Jetty and we even walked to Venice's Centennial Park area twice for dinner and the big Christmas Parade along Venice Ave. The condo pool was nice, and the beach offered great views of dolphins playing and lots of pelicans. I even saw a stingray jump out of the water twice in the inlet to the intercostal at the jetty. The condo was also easy to get to and from to visit other local...

"Arrived late at night ..and in the rain...The garage door was up and the lights were blazing...making it really easy to see the Orange Cone Gary had mention that I was to park behind. The place was clean and exactly as ,described in the VRBO. There was water in the Fridge, There were beach items for my use. The Lanai was great since I had rain nearly all the time....as was the Hot Tub!! Gary was great about responding both prior to my stay and during my stay! The bed was wonderful...I slept...

"We had the pleasure of communicating with Pam during our stay at the property. She is the owner, was very accommodating and was there for us. I say that because we were staying at her property when Hurricane Milton came to town. We had to evacuate and when we came back to her property, Pam refunded the days we were unable to use. We would definitely stay at her property again in the future. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Gina's place, located conveniently near everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Very comfortable accommodations and beautifully decorated with Gina's original paintings. Added bonus for us was daily visits from her two friendly, adorable and talkative cats. Highly recommend this quiet, cozy place."

"Great location. Nice place to stay for a getaway. The beach house has everything you need. Plenty of parking, and easy entry. I booked this place last minute, for five nights, and got a quick response from Janet the property manager. She was fantastic, and answered every question I had with ease. "I was disappointed in the condo. I was shown a picture of it being on the water. My view was the parking lot and pool. The condo was a time warp,of the late 70's .It was cleanish but definitely needed updates,or gutting."

"I stayed at the Tarpon suite from Jan 6-20 2024. I was very satisfied with the suite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No issues with anything, everything is new and up to date. Exterior area has everything needed to relax, and can fish right out the back door. The only thing it needs is a microwave. I passed that along to the property manager. Thanks for a great stay in Matlacha!"

"We stayed with our cat for 2 weeks. It was immaculate. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a safe area. Check-in was flawless and the owner Carmen responded to our questions promptly. The kitchenette was adequately stocked and bathroom and toiletries were plenty. Everything you would also want was available. Beach chairs, umbrella a hose to clean everything. "I was looking for a place to stay for two days in lieu of a hotel. Pricing was good and place was basically the equivalent to an extended stay hotel room.
