This is our top pic for Placencia!
This was my second time back to Placencia Point and I brought a group of 8 friends with me. We had an absolute blast! It's the best spot for access to the village but also gives you more privacy and natural views. The accommodations are fabulous. I feel right at home with everything I need from kitchen to bath. The pool is delightful and the best part is getting to know Edwin and his lovely family that are alway there if you need them.

Another amazing tropical retreat!
I just completed my 3rd stay in condos 5 & 6 at Placencia Pointe Townhomes and plan to keep comin' back. I bring a group of yoga clients and they love the comfy bedrooms, spacious baths (with excellent water pressure), great kitchens, living and dining areas and of course the incredible pool and 3rd level palapa spaces with the best views around. We saw a rainbow off the point during our morning yoga session the first day and took in many a sunrise, sunset and even got to watch the full moon setting this year. We always have everything we need here and especially love the privacy and fun of crossing the canal to get into the village. Edwin (caretaker and water taxi) and his family make the whole experience extra special. I'm so grateful to have this paradise as a base for enjoying the one-of-a-kind Placencia Peninsula.

Wonderful condo
I recently spent 3 weeks at Placencia Pointe townhouses. The grounds are gorgeous! Pool is just the right temperature and the unit was well equipped! Edwin, Emma and family go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Don’t let the shuttle boat deter you from staying here. I had no problems at all! Safe, secure and tropical! Everything you want in a vacation property! Flowers Property Management was always available to answer any questions! Hope to return next season!
