"Family run property, girls are fabulous. Breakfast is limited but lovely and Nemu Kitchen and across road has great breakfast for something different. Great fried chicken shop across road. Small property with beach at back of property and ask girls to take lounges under shady trees steps from beach. Perfect. It’s cheap, clean and stayed in pool side rooms. It’s relaxing and would stay again. It’s simple old Bali style "

"Loved the outdoor bathroom. The rooms are very comfortable. I like that there are only ~10 villas on site. Lovely breakfast served on the balcony each morning. Friendly staff. The only problem was that there was a lot of plastic and rubbish burn-off every day happening next door. This is not the hotels fault. However, every time we went outside to our bathroom, the smell was really bad and felt very unhealthy breathing it in. "

"The front desk (Ketut) was very nice, helpful and did resolve any issues I had. The hot water wasn't working and he fixed it immediately. The room is basic like don't expect any amenities besides soap, towels and fridge. They organize bike rentals and they have drinks you can buy at reception. "Though I have been to Bali many times, this is my first trip with my partner to Nusa Pendida. The visit to Nusa Pendida followed our earlier stay on mainland Bali (Askara Canggu) in a villa type hotel where we were the only guests. The stay at Sunrise Cottage was from Oct 24-26 2024. I was expecting a villa with a private pool. However it turns out that there this wasn"t so when I arrived I was actually disappointed. BUT to be fair Sunrise Cottage on Nusa Pendida is actually a hidden gem....

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ziemlich unbelebten Gegend, aber das spendet auch sehr viel Ruhe rund um den Aufenthalt. Roller können ausgeliehen werden und wenn man möchte, kann man sich von umliegenden Restaurants das Abendessen liefern lassen (sind zur Not aber auch fußläufig innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten erreichbar).
