"The host was exceptionally helpful and kind, he was very accommodating of our requests. He was very responsive. The property however is very compact/small which is ok for two people at a push. The kitchen area is modern and the balcony sufficient. We liked having the communal outdoor shower which was better than the shower in the property. "We visited in October and were not informed that the restaurant,bar and supermarket were closed so we had to travel to the nearest town for everything. So if you were to go there rent a car. The reception was closed for most of the day and when it was supposed to be open there would usually be no one there. There are nearby beaches, a convenient market and an excellent bakery minutes away. The location is also a good base for day trips to other amazing places in Northeast Sardinia. Patrizia is a consummate host, whose warm welcome, suggestions and availability made it an extra special stay. We hope to return."
