"The home had beautiful views and everything was clean and neat with few exceptions. It was well stocked with necessary supplies like toilet paper, towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. Would not recommend it for someone with a walker or in a cast as all bedrooms are upstairs and has entryway stairs to the main floor. Overall a great place and amazing communication! "

"The biggest problem we had was the property description on VRBO was not accurate. Instead of 3 queen size beds a futon and a spa tub, the property had 2 full size beds and 2 full size futons and a small shower. However, as you read through the description you noticed this. Once I informed the owner of the inaccuracy, it was corrected quickly. The place was clean. It is definitely a cottage style inside. "We stayed at Mike’s lake house for 4 days and it was great! The place was very clean and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. The house is the last one on a private road so there was an unobstructed view of the lake. Although we did not take advantage of it, there is a sizable deck and outdoor grill that would be perfect in the warmer weather. The house was a short ride to downtown Ann Arbor which was perfect! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!"

"Pros: The location was great and the view of the lake was beautiful. That and the cabin being pet friendly was our reason for staying here. The size was perfect for two. "We had a wonderful visit to this sweet little cottage. The property was beautiful and the hosts supplied kayaks, a paddle boat and a pontoon boat for an extra charge. We had plenty of comfortable chairs for visiting family. The inside was extremely clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And, most of all the hosts were gracious, attentive to our needs and just great folks all around. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it!!!"

"We had a very pleasant week on North Lake. Everything was great. Lovely property, great hosts and a beautiful lake (sandy bottom and easy to swim). Although the property is advertised for 4 guests I think it would be ideal for 2 adults and 2 young children. Be sure you are ready for some very steep steps because to get into the cottage you have to walk down 2 sets of stairs and carry all your belongings. Overall, totally worth it!! We'd go back in a minute;-) Thank you Laurie and Dave!!"
