A fully renovated and updated kitchen and large dining room with a huge table make enjoying each other's company easy and fun. Enjoy some games, foosball, grab a few minutes of exercise on the small ellipitcal, or relax on the couch with Netflix or that book you've been meaning to read. Our hope is that this place will offer you that home away from home.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and property.

The Neighborhood:
The mount is an absolute gem! It boasts easy access to downtown, the airport, the North Side (stadiums) and all other points East/West/North and South. We have a world renowned city view on Grandview Avenue where you also enjoy a choice of fine dining restaurants. You can scale Mt Washington and enjoy the spectacular view of Pittsburgh with a ride up and down the incline. Our main business district is located on Shiloh Street offering a number of great options for lunch, dinner or to grab a quick coffee. Be sure to check out the 10+ miles of hiking trails offered on the Emerald View Trail System. If you like architecture, check out Chatham Village, nationally acclaimed for its design and function, and stop for some coffee at Cafe Cravings.

Getting Around:
The property is right on a bus line. There is also easy access to the light rail (The T) at the South Hills Junction which is off Boggs Ave and Jasper Street. Lyft and Uber abound in the area.

One of our core value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our property neighbors. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. I live in the neighborhood and am only about 5 minutes away. We also have a maintenance man Ken who also lives nearby.
