DO NOT USE LUX PGH HOMESTAYS
Provided no access code. Lux Homestays is not trustworthy. We booked this place several months ago for our wedding. The rehearsal dinner was ruined as I was on chat with VRBO all night trying to reach the owner for the access code that they never sent. VRBO was helpful but the chat process was long. Two and half hours later, still no contact with the owner and no code. They never answered via chat or phone and their voicemail was full. They didn’t answer for VRBO either. “Trusted Partner” of VRBO not so much. We stayed in a hotel booked last minute with assurances that VRBO would reimburse us. Of course it didn’t ruin the wedding but the rehearsal dinner sure was. Giving a rating of one star was required. I have no idea how clean it was but do know the owner is a liar. The overall rating is 00.
