The Space:
Carson Street Manor is an elegant home with a unique combination of high-end furniture and stylish décor. The unique lighting display is an experience on its own. The Manor was originally built in the early 1900’s and was fully restored in recent years. The exposed brick inside and wood beams are reminders of its origins and provide it with charm and character.

The Manor comfortably accommodates 8 guests, families are welcome. For added privacy and time away from others, two of the bedrooms have their own private full bath. At night, you'll tuck in to a cooling gel memory foam queen mattress, professionally cleaned linens with duvet, and two oversized luxury gel pillows. We also include white noise machines in every bedroom so you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of a campfire or river. For longer stays, there are multiple large closets, dressers for storage, and an onsite washer and dryer. We can also arrange a next day laundry service for you if you would like your clothes professionally cleaned.

When you stay here, you'll have access to a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, coffee, tea, creamer, and more. The bathroom has toiletries for your needs including hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We are 10ft from Carson Street! You'll be in the heart of South Side. Loads of bars, great food, and interesting shops. There's also a ton of history in the area.

The home is located in a cultural district and can at times have noise from the surrounding restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
All cars require a temporary DIGITAL (not physical) parking permit from the city for parking in permit zones surrounding the home. We provide instructions for you to obtain a permit for each of your vehicles. Please read our house manual or message us for details.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide an additional rollaway twin bed conveniently stored in the closet for your use. This ensures flexibility in sleeping arrangements while maintaining ample space when not in use.

We do not supply propane for the grill or fire pit. We have tanks at each home you can refill and we will reimburse up to $30 for one full tank per appliance for each reservation, with a valid receipt.
