Exceptional customer service, front desk (Amanda, Rusheen, Nalica) and rest of the staffs are professional, personable, speedy and always a smile on them. Complimentary parking, breakfast and pool access are plus points. Short drive from the airport (15mins), downtown (25mins) and close to shops and restaurants around. The hotel is a little dated and can certainly do with some freshen up. Changes in the key card should be given priority as we frequently need to reset our cards due to the proximity of its magnetic strips with our mobile phone. Overall, great value and I had a good time throughout my 3 nights stay at this place!

Staff was very nice and welcoming! Floor in elevator needs replaced, tiles poping up visible spilled liquids (stains or just recent), carpet near elevator also stained. One very weird entrance (in back of kohls??). Thankful for indoor pool. Furniture appears to be new or like new.

The location was great and right in the center of several restaurants and shopping centers. The big room was great to fit a family making sure there was enough space for everyone. The breakfast buffet had many options and was neat and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

This was an unexpected treat. I took my 15 year old daughter and three friends to see a concert and this was just a place to crash. The double queen room on the sixth floor was spacious, clean, and crisp. The “sofa bed” (my bed) was actually a larger L-shaped couch that was partially divided from the other beds. I could have pulled it out but it was big enough as is. -I slept like a rock. Every staff member was professional and genuine. The complimentary breakfast was the BOMB.- Like a Sunday brunch buffet at a country club.

The staff upon my arrival was helpful and courteous. We arrived a few hours before check in time, so they took care of our bags till we returned later in the evening. Staff was very informative. They don’t have a shuttle, but they arrange for a Lyft ride to the airport at no charge.
