The hotel is close to downtown Pittsburgh. The hotel is old, smelly and the heater in the rooms are loud. Will not stay there again.

The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a state of disrepair and decline. The room was clean and comfortable, including the bed and bedding.

No hot water. No towels. Had to ask staff multiple times for information and toiletries. Didn't realize that this was an undesirable neighborhood. Nicest place in the entire hotel was the entryway to the main lobby.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Their customer service made up for the hotel facility itself being a bit rundown. It had a 1970's feel. The room was clean aside from a musty smell that a couple candles got rid of. And the beds were comfortable. Parking was free and abundant. I would stay again because it was affordable and the customer service was great!!

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Pretty much, I was forced to leave one day early because my room was not cleaned in 5 days. No clean towels or bed sheets were put in the room either. There were roaches all over the place, and to top it off, the so called "included breakfast" was a joke! I should get reimbursed for the day that I paid and left because of the filthy sanitary conditions.

Hotels needs an upgrade. Many fixtures are older and need replaced. Pool was not in operation. Hotel offered free breakfast but that was not the case.

The staff Sam and Manager where so very kind, accommodating and helpful. Exceptional costumer service! Made our stay there pleasant. Room was neat and clean and and i liked that were able to park at the hotel and had access to our car to go places. I felt very safe and for the amount of traffic it was very quiet. Beds were pretty comfortable and i have a bad back and did ok sleeping. All in all other then the steps to carry the luggage up to 2nd floor (id ask for 1st floor next time) i would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Gross is an understatement. Hairs wrapped In the “clean” towels, tub dripped into a pool or water, walls are splattered with…something. Do not ever stay here.
