Terrible experience
We booked this property for a weekend and I had sent multiple messages asking a various of questions to make sure we were prepared for our trip and had gotten zero response. The day of FOUR HOURS before our stay he cancelled our stay saying he “double booked” the property. Do not stay here, zero communication, absolutely no message apologizing, terrible experience.

Great for larger group but not the old or very young
Olivia and Bain only recently took on management responsibility for this listing. We all learned about the property. My family needed a rental on short notice, just days before Thanksgiving. Our reserved rental had a water issue and was not usable. We chose this property. Owners informed us after booking that the price was listed incorrectly. Was to be higher. The management team honored the price we booked. It was price appropriate for the current state of the home. We arrived to a 47 degree home in the afternoon. With the help of Olivia and Bain - we slept warmly that night. We left them with a list of items for improvement and list a few cautions here: Severely sloped street and cobbled brick making for uneven walking. Street parking was never an issue. Home had large sized gathering spaces and lots of sleep options. The kitchen needs more cooking utensils and some lights at entry and in bathrooms needed replacing. TV needs a login for Roku and other streaming options. Heat is central with the help of radiators and base boards (very hot to the touch and would be an issue with very young children) and there are window AC units in some rooms.

DO NOT BOOK
Needed a place that could fit a large group with three senior citizens and three children. Very busy weekend in the city. We showed up and the host had double booked the property. They just list it on all sites and don’t cancel when someone else books. The grass was knee high and trash thrown all over the lawn. While we needed the house, it was a dump. Host was no help securing a new place and eventually just started ignoring us. We ended up at three different hotels when the seniors needed help. Total nightmare. Save yourself the stress and book with a hotel, these people are a joke.
