You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Comfortable private unit with hot tub and free parking

Relax in the hot tub with your friends and family at this peaceful place. Green sharable fenced backyard and hot tub. Free parking space for 1 car on the driveway and 5 on the free street parking spaces. Maximum 4 people allowed plus 1 child with additional bed by the request. Our guest unit is a part of the big house on the basement level, but with private entrance which included private bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and a kitchen with all appliances. In-unit heating and cooling system with remote control. Enjoy also outdoor fire pit, grill and amazing relaxing hot tube. New comfortable memory foam mattress, 52" TV with regular channels, Roku, Netflix, games, good signal of internet and computer table (perfect for remote working). Also we can provide additional bed, car seat, stroller, high chair for babies or toddler by the request.

I'd like to Thank Inna for being small dog friendly :) I travel alone with my dog & it was nice knowing our host resided upstairs which made me feel very safe. Grandchildren weekend
My wife and I were in for a weekend with grandchildren events, band, football, cheer, homecoming and track meet. This was an excellent location and was close to where we needed to be. Great property, very nice quite area. Nice separate entrance. Host was very easy to communicate with. The hot tub was a big plus.

Very cute little spot and was perfect for our purposes. Inna and Sergey were great hosts and took care of everything we needed and were very polite and respectful. The hot tub was awesome and the pool.woild be a great addition in the summer time. We stayed in the winter and got some bad weather, but they were great about salting and shoveling. Inna brought us extra towels and the place had everything you might need. We didn't leave the whole weekend due to weather, but would be a great place to stay if you wanted to venture into Pittsburgh. Will definitely be back again 😀

Exceeded Expectations
My boyfriend and I took our very first trip together and it was amazing! Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations, we knew it would be a good place to stay from reading all of the reviews. Super clean, quiet, and affordable I would 110% recommend. Also, nice neighborhood, 6-15 min away from several restaurants/stores and about 25 min away from the Pittsburg stadium. When we take another trip to Pittsburg we will try to book again!! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Relaxing weekend
I spent a couple days at this property for a holiday weekend with my husband and my dog, and I have to say and we had such a really nice time! Even tho weather got bad on us we still had some relaxing time indoors where is very cozy. Pool and hot tub were ready for us to use as all utensils inside. Thank you.!

Lovely Home Near Pittsburgh
Inna was such a gracious host and extremely easy to communicate with. The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood, conveniently within a mile from any shops or restaurants. My family came to visit while I was staying and Inna was kind enough to make sure we had everything we needed for my children. The unit itself was clean and spacious enough for me to stay while working a travel assignment. I was able to cook meals and do laundry which was much nicer than a hotel room. It was a home away from home and I would highly recommend this home for a stay.

Great for one or two people traveling. This is in the basement of the home of the lister but I had zero issues and rarely interacted with anyone. I did not utilize the hot tub or pool. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances. Very clean.

A great deal perfect for two people
The property was nicer than what I was expecting. There is a bed and couch in the bedroom, a full kitchen, and a private bathroom. There was plenty of drawers for clothes and toiletries. There is a closet for hanging clothes in the kitchen, and a washer and dryer is available. There is an above ground pool and a hot tub that we tried out. The family lives on the property, but I barely interacted with anyone. They will give you your privacy, but are also very responsive if you need anything. It is easy to get to and a lot of restaurants and shops within a short driving distance. We were originally going to stay in a hotel, but found this. This was so much better than a hotel and I would stay here again. I feel like we got a real bargain!
