FULLY REFURBISHED FOR 2023

This premium lodge is dog-friendly and sleeps up to 4 adults in spacious rooms with great comfort.
There is a modern open plan living/dining lounge area with double patio doors leading to the deck and outside area.
2 bedrooms - one with comfortable super-king and one with 2 single beds
One shower room to share.

The location is stunning with open views over the Tummel Valley, to Ben-y-Vrackie (Pitlochry's landmark mountain) and towards Craigower and Pitlochry golf course in the distance.
It is so quiet and you'll really connect with nature during your stay. There are so many beautiful walks nearby - from a round trip low level walk try Loch Faskally, or for views try Craigower or Ben-y-Vrackie, Pitlochry's landmark mountain. The gorge of Killiecrankie is just a short drive away as are Loch Tummel and Loch Rannoch.

Excellent Lodge and location
Everything you could want in a lodge, well equipped don't bother packing the kitchen sink you won't need it and the location the town it's self is very dog friendly including the excellent taxi service if you fancy a pint and a bite at the Moulin Inn

Lovely Relaxing Lodge
We really enjoyed staying in one of lodges. Everything in the lodge was beautifully presented and it was a very comfortable relaxing place to stay at for the first few days of our holiday. The owners were very friendly and approachable when we arrived.

A lovely Easter break away
We visited Kinnaird over the Easter Weekend. The Lodge was amazing. Great pressure from the shower and the hot tub was great to relax in after our walks with our dog. The hosts left a pair of Easter Eggs for us which was a lovely gesture and nice surprise. Highly recommend

Beautiful Weekend!
Absolutely ideal place to stay for a trip to Pitlochry and the beautiful surrounding areas. Only an easy, 3 minute drive to get to the town centre, yet removed enough from the busy little town to be able to unwind in the quiet on an evening. The lodge itself is lovely, super cosy and clean, and the hot tub was one of the nicest I've ever been in. Highly recommended!

Winter Break
We had a lovely stay here. The Lodge was kept to a high standard and very clean and comfortable. Good walking trails nearby and you can walk your dog in the Christmas tree field next to the accommodation. Would definitely come back loved tge hit tub!

A most enjoyable and relaxing place to stay for Mew Year
A wonderful lodge with the most fabulous decor and everything you could want is supplied from a champagne bucket to a hot tub! Super comfy beds and a log burner to relax in front of make it really cosy particular in the winter. The views are breathtaking and yet you are only a 5 minute drive from Pitlochry centre. Cannot recommend a stay highly enough and we will definitely be back

Amazing Woodland Lodge!
The lodge was amazing - well furnished, comfortable and superbly presented. The log burner was great (a blessing during the cold and wet weather) and the hot tub was absolutely awesome. We spent three days here and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hosts (Laura and Jamie) were super friendly and very helpful. Location is lovely and quiet but very handy for Pitlochry and the surrounding attractions. We will be back!!

Fantastic Relaxing Weekend

A great escape

A Wee Break
Lovely cosy lodge with everything you require including a hot tub. Bed provided for dogs who both loved watching the squirrels and birds! Made to feel very welcome by Jamie and Laura. Will definitely be back for another stay hopefully soon.

September weekend stay
Had a lovely two days here, was very relaxing. Facilities within the lodge were fantastic. The hot tub had new chemicals put in it the morning after we arrived. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Stunning views from the outside area. Would highly recommend.

The cleanest and best excellent customer service dog friendly place.
We stayed here for two nights and we will definitely be back here for a week stay as it’s the our number one best place we have stayed so far. The Lodges are very clean well maintained and very beautiful stylist looking design inside and outside. Very professional and their customer service is excellent to detail. We felt so welcomed and we have enjoyed our time here and if anyone is looking for a quite peaceful with great views of the mountains here is the place to go and enjoy the beautiful nature and atmosphere. The best lodges with hot tub and dog friendly ever.

Fantastic
Kinnaird Lodges are absolutely gorgeous ! Kitted out to a very high standard , incredible location and a wonderful warm welcome from Laura . We had the perfect girls weekend . Great holiday nothing to complain about
Lovely place 5 min drive to town everything we needed in the lodge a view of mountain. Lovely place would always come back.only thing I would say is needs washing up bowl my friends broke a cup in the hard sink but there is a dish washer. Thank you to the owner for the fresh plums and milk on arrival

Amazing stay!
We came here for our anniversary hoping to have some nice rest and relaxation. We have definitely achieved this! Nice and quiet area with mostly the peaceful song of birds and the occasional sheep. Lodges are well equipped and clean, the decking area is brilliant and was lovely to hang around outside in the sun. Hot tub and wood burner were perfect for the cozy vibes. We took our dog and he was well catered for. We appreciated that he was provided a bed, bowls, blanket and towels.. though he was slightly suspicious of them! He has been very happy, so I will go out on a limb and say that he also very much enjoyed his stay. Would recommend this place for people wanting to stay near Pitlochry.

A wonderful three nights at Kinnaird lodges. Lodge was a two bedroom totally equipped lodge with everything looked like it was built yesterday. Spent most of the time sitting on outside decking and BBQ all our meals. Lovely. Lovely break. Oh and the owners are so nice... Will be definitely back ..

Exactly what we wanted
The lodge was exactly what we wanted for a long weekend. Good location, within walking distance of a hotel/pub in Moulin. The lodge is very well kitted out with enough of everything and very nice shower gel and hand wash provided. The garden is very small but is dog proof. We didn’t use the log burner or hot tub but both looked as if they would work well. Towels and linen are of good quality - all in all great and we’d definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend ..we had a fantastic stay!
What a fantastic property! The lodge is immaculate and such great quality throughout. It has everything that you'd need and more. Nice touches make all the difference. Great shower with massive cubicle. We slept so well - really comfy beds and it's so peaceful at night. Kitchen very well equipped. The lounge is comfortable with beautiful views. We used the woodburned one night and it was so nice and cosy. As the weather was good we made great use of the outside area. Lovely and private and so nicely done with sofas, dining table and a proper BBQ on a massive decked area. Watching the sun go down in the hot tub was priceless! We can't wait to come back!

An amazing hot tub getaway!
If you are looking for a hot tub getaway where you can have a home from home feel then this is the ideal location! We stayed for 3 nights here, and we only wished we could stay longer because it was that amazing. The location is just a short 2 min drive from pitlochery itself - there's also the co-op at pitlochery where you can get supplies etc for the lodge. We were welcomed by Laura when we arrived who showed us how to work the hot tub and left us with a bag of sweets which was a lovely gesture. We also brought our foster dog with us, and were thrilled that Laura and Jamie had left us with a bed, water bowl, treats, poo bags etc for our dog. Despite us bringing a bed with us, the added touch was a bonus and was really appreciated. Something that I know for sure a lot of places wouldn't bother doing! I think the only downsides to the lodge itself was that check in wasn't until 4pm and check out is 10am - if you only had a one night stay then I can see this being an issue for the price you do pay. Thankfully we got the lodge on special discount so the price itself was better than normal. We will definitely be back, especially if the price is on offer again as it is so worth it. We love kinnaird lodges! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Excelllent experience
Lovely relaxed atmosphere and a quiet location. We were made very welcome by the hosts. It was perfect being able to relax in the hot tub under the starry October night sky. The wood burning stove was a positive addition especially for those who do not have one at home.

Back to its best
Amazing rejuvenation under the new ownership. Everything has been improved all around and every little detail thought of also. I brought many things I thought would need but they are already there from tea bags, sugar, ice cubes etc Keep it up and can’t wait to come back again.
