This Sea View Villa is located at the most spectacular place in Cyprus, halfway between Limassol and Paphos in the Pissouri Bay area at Melanda Hill.

Guests arrive at this villa by driving through a private gated entrance and down a private driveway to the front of the home.

As you walk through the massive front doors, you'll enter the entry hall area.

Immediately to your left is a guest bedroom with two twin-size beds and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to fill the room. If you bring a little one, a portable crib is available and can be placed in any of the three bedrooms.

As you continue through the home, you'll enter the main living room equipped with a huge 83-inch TV, including Disney+ streaming and options to add your own streaming accounts.

The first thing you’ll notice is the cool air running through the home, as each room has its own air conditioning unit, and the main living room has two! This keeps this sprawling villa cool, a must for the warm Cyprus summers. Here, guests can come together and lounge on the high-end leather sofa, loveseat, and plush armchairs. This open concept living area features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the private patio.

A sliding interior door leads from the formal dining area to the expansive gourmet kitchen. This culinary workspace features granite counters, high-end appliances, and every kitchen gadget or accessory you’ll need to make your family’s favorite meals at home. Brew coffee in the mornings in the coffee maker and pop toast in the toaster oven and enjoy breakfast with a view on the patio.

Toward the rear of the home, you’ll find the second sea view bedroom.

This spacious retreat features an office desk, laser printer and rolling computer chair. This is a great place to pop open your laptop and check work emails, post pictures on social media, or call friends and family back home while enjoying the views of the ocean.

This sea view bedroom also includes a 42-inch TV, often used by kids, large windows overlooking the water, an L-shaped sofa with a pull-out trundle bed and the two additional single stackable beds.

Down the hall from this bedroom is the master bathroom.

This spa-inspired bathroom has two bowl sinks, a deep soaking tub with rain shower features, glass-enclosed walk-in shower, toilet, high-end tile work, and plenty of plush towels.

As you continue down the hallway, you’ll enter the large private master suite.

Guests in the master bedroom can sleep soundly in the plush King size bed. Two bedside tables provide decorative light fixtures for optimal bedside reading. This bedroom has large windows overlooking the ocean, a small reading area, and a large closet to keep clothing and belongings organized.

The villa can accommodate a total of 7 people comfortably on the existing beds. There is also space for two additional portable beds.

The patio is easily one of the highlights of this waterfront estate.

The sparkling, oversized pool (10 x 5m) includes a shallow zone for kids and a deep zone for swimmers, complemented by 8 sun-beds, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The private shaded patio creates a tranquil atmosphere for rest and relaxation.

Two outdoor dining areas allow guests to enjoy lunch by the pool, and a small privacy hedge around the perimeter of the pool allows guests to sunbathe and swim in privacy.

The house features WiFi coverage with three routers to ensure a strong connection throughout the entire property, including by the pool. while still offering breathtaking views of the water.
